Refund policy
At CBH our pieces are designed and made with care so our customers receive the best of products.
Refunds are only accepted if they have manufacturing issues or are deemed faulty. Items returned must be unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
If an garment has been sent faulty, please report it to us within 24-48 hours of the delivery date to initiate the return process. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have accepted the faulty refund, you must send it within 15 days.
To return an item, contact us via email including your reason of return and attach evidence of your faulty item.
Items will not be refunded due to change of mind or sizing, however we will provide an exchange or store credit if there are sizing issues.
Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. Refunds do not cover the cost of postage.
We will email you a return mailing label and instructions on where to send your package after the return is approved. We won't accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one.
As soon as we've received and reviewed your return, we will let you know regardless of whether the refund was accepted. If accepted, you will instantly receive your money back using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges for full-price items are accepted, allowing customers to exchange their purchases without hassle, considering that the amount is the same or more. However, please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges. This policy helps us manage inventory and maintain our pricing structure. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing their purchase.
